Saving The Scorpio Woman Relationship

July 16th, 2010 Jeanette No comments

So youve made up and youre back in a Scorpio woman relationship. That the Scorpio has agreed to try again is a very good thing, because often when people under this sign end something, its for good. Understanding the sign and its tendencies can help you heal your Scorpio woman relationship and make it last.

Now that youre fixing the relationship, look back at what caused the problem. Was there cheating involved? If you cheated, or she thought you were cheating, understand that in the Scorpio woman relationship the potential for jealousy is very high.

This sun sign is possessive and jealous by nature. Its flattering to have someone feel that way about you, to an extent. But when its taken to extremes it can make the relationship very tense and the amount of trust between you can suffer.

Scorpios are one of the signs more prone to obsession than any other. So if your woman becomes obsessed with the idea that youll cheat again, its going to be a hard mountain to climb for you to convince her otherwise. You have to be willing to give it a lot of time, and deal with a lot of suspicion.

If she cheated and has seen the error of her ways, try not to be too possessive or act too jealous now. Its all right for her to know how hurt you were and the damage that it caused. But if you mistrust everything she does now, shell soon decide the relationship cant be saved, even if she wants to stay with you.

Something to keep in mind in a Scorpio woman relationship is that Scorpios dont like to be wrong. If she thought you were perfect or that you would never do something that you did, it goes beyond her being hurt. You proved shed made a mistake, which is never easy for a Scorpio.

Any time a Scorpio makes a mistake or is wrong about something, shell admit it if she sees the clear evidence. So when she makes a mistake, give her time to realize it on her own. And do your best not to prolong it or keep pointing it out. Shell appreciate that more than you know.

When youre making up with this sun sign, you might tend to tiptoe a bit. Because of Scorpios volatile nature, you might worry that one wrong move could lead to another break up, this time for good.

But one of the worst things that can happen in the relationship is for the Scorpio to get bored. Boredom, for some born under his sign, is often worse than things going wrong! At least when things are going wrong theres activity and movement.

When things are plain boring, though, that can be worse to a Scorpio than when theres lots of conflict in the air. Scorpios enjoy challenge, debate and even argument. So when youre healing your Scorpio woman relationship, dont be so afraid of making a mistake that youre afraid to make any move at all.

Restoring Trust in Relationships After an Affair

June 11th, 2010 Jeanette No comments

This is not intended to be a discussion on the Bible, or anything religious, but I’d like raise a specific point. According to the Bible, there are only two acceptable reasons for divorce, and one of those is a cheating spouse. The point is that infidelity is a serious offense. Conventional wisdom states that people should split up if one of them has been unfaithful. It doesn’t have to be that way if both parties are willing to do what it takes. Restoring trust in relationships isn’t easy, but it can be done. Here are some ideas on how to make that happen.

The main thing to keep in mind as you go through the process of restoring trust is that it requires changes in the actions and attitudes of both people in the relationship. Even after something as serious an affair, a relationship can be saved. The key is start with small amount of trust, and continuing to build on it.

Before you can start rebuilding trust, you need to take an honest look at what went wrong. Our natural tendency is to blame the other person, and they are likely at fault to some extent, but the only person you have total control over is yourself; therefore, you need to get to the root of what you may have done to end the relationship. Once you find the source of the problem, you can take steps to fix it.

For example, if your partner had an affair, what was it that they were seeking from someone else? What was it that you weren’t providing? You will need to improve these things if you want to have a future together. Don’t get me wrong, it’s never right to cheat, but we are trying to restore a relationship and work on trust. While you can’t undo the past, you can certainly create a better future.

The next step is to start actually gaining some trust again. One of the best things you can do is assume the other person is being honest. By doing this, you will get trust in return. Of course, that is easy to say, but much harder in practice. So, the trick here is to take small steps. Tell your significant other that you will be home by 7:00 PM, then be home by 7:00 PM (or a little early if at all possible). It doesn’t have to be anything big, just start demonstrating your ability to stick to your word.

Over time, these small steps start to accumulate and build on one another. But, you must keep doing it, and always follow through on what you say you’re going to do. Excuses will not cut it at this point. In fact, if there is any possibility, any doubt in your mind at all, then it’s better to not say anything at all.

Restoring trust in relationships is not an easy task. And the more severe the reason for the lack of trust, the harder it will be to regain it. Keep your focus on trust, and keep taking those small steps, and before you know it, you will be happy again.

How Do I Get My Husband To Love Me Again

May 30th, 2010 Jeanette No comments

“Dear Abby. . .How do I get my husband to love me again?” Have you been thinking this to yourself and wondering where to turn for help? You’re marriage has gone stale and you don’t know exactly why, or even if you do know why, you don’t know exactly what to do about it.

What usually happens unfortunately is that as time passes, the powerful love, respect and admiration that women feel from their husband is replaced by feelings of hurt, awkwardness and distance. Some women are sure that their husbands have fallen out of love with them. sometimes the husband actually spells it out. Or sometimes the husband denies this but the “something’s-wrong-feelings” are still around. If you feel that your husband has fallen out of love with you, there are steps you can take to bring you back to where you once were in your relationship and/or to make your marriage even stronger.

Try to think back to when you and your husband first fell in love. Do you remember what you loved about him and what he loved about you? Of course we all change as we get older so some of our qualities have become stronger and some have disappeared. A really common example of this is when a career-woman becomes a stay-at-home mom.

Sometimes husbands miss the way their wives were before they became homemakers. So now you’re thinking, “Well, I can’t do anything about that!” To some extent that’s true. You have a new and important role now in life that you shouldn’t give up but you could try to add some variety in every once in a while by taking a night off to go out with friends or volunteer for a cause. This will remind your husband, and probably even yourself, that you are a multi faceted person with a lot to offer.

Here is something else that you need to consider if you’re trying to get your husband to fall back in love with you. Remember what the bible says? “Do unto others as you would have done to you. . .”? How are you treating your husband? Of course how you act towards him may be altered if you feel that he doesn’t love you anymore. But how have you been treating him in the last few years even before you noticed the change in him? It’s easy and commonplace to start taking your husband for granted once you’re married and even more so after the years go on. He probably does the same with you.

Maybe you’ve been dedicating yourself to the children for the most part and that means less one-on-one time with your man? Or maybe you’re constantly nagging him about certain things you want done around the house which he neglects to do?

If you can switch your behavior around and start treating your husband the way you would like to be treated, he will eventually catch on and do the same. By letting your husband know that you appreciate and love him, you’ll bring the two of you closer. And that is one answer to your question “How do I get my husband to love me again?”

How To Get Back With Ex – When It Seems Helpless

February 24th, 2010 Jeanette No comments

Are you wondering how to get back with ex partner? There are many steps you can take with the most important first one being to ask yourself are you sure this is what you want. Sometimes we try to get back with our old partner because quite frankly the dating game is difficult.

The devil you know is easier than the one you haven’t yet met. Also if you have children or share a home mortgage breaking up is more difficult than if you have recently met. That being said, most people break up for all the wrong reasons and it is a real pity when they don’t get back together. It is difficult to quantify the number of relationships with potential, that don’t get a chance to mature and deepen, because of someone’s pride and/or a silly argument, so don’t let that happen to you.

So if you want your partner back what can you do? The old theory that absence makes the heart grow fonder isn’t always true. You could easily say that out of sight out of mind applies instead. Why? Familiarity has a powerful affect on attractiveness i.e. the more familiar you are the more attractive your partner will find you.  This explains why the initial physical attraction between two people often disappears and is replaced by something a lot deeper and longer lasting. After all beauty tends to fade as you get older.  So the trick to getting your ex back is to bump into them very often but not to the extent where they think you are stalking them.

When you do meet make sure that you are smiling and look like you are having fun. You want to show your ex that he or she is missing something fantastic and being miserable won’t do that. On the other hand if you project an image of happiness they will wonder why they were stupid enough to let you go. Make sure you keep up plenty of eye contact as all the studies say that this can boost your attractiveness factor. But again keep this in perspective and act naturally. You do not want your ex thinking that he has just landed on the set of Fatal Attraction.

Forget about fancy chat up lines and the other games that people play in the dating game. If you want your ex back why not just tell them. Apologize if you were in the wrong and say that you would like to give the relationship another go. Sure they may not want to and your pride may be a little damaged; but surely it is worth taking the chance. If you really want something in life you have to go and get it. As it says in Magic of Making Up, there is very little that a relationship cannot weather and be improved by experiencing so long as both of you are adult enough to move on.   Now you know how to get back with ex, off you go and put this advice into action.
